How to Regenarate and Relink Libraries on Solaris (SPARC 64-bit) ?

HI Gurus,
Please confirm following:

1  How to recompile all the forms and regenerate all  libraries  in   Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

2   How to relink all the libraries generated in step 1 on  Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

Please don't give commands for windows /Linux environments

I want to perform step 1 and 2 for AR.DLL and ARFXPL.exe
