Unable to query BPA number in receipt form

Hi,

Version : R12.0.6

I have created BPA using standard form and some items has been relased and approved. Now, i am unable to query the same BPA number in receipt form. we are using multiple organization & BPA number querying under same organization which i have created under same org.

Kindly let me know how to trace out same.
