ERROR [code=2] compiling out of date JSP files

Hi

We are upgrading oracle 11i application from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2 and we have applied Maintenance Pack and proceeding with POST-MP patches. As part of applying those patches we have merged below patches as a single patch and started applying it, while applying the merged patch we got below error.
