Review Approved Transactions issue 9.1 till bundle #20

Review Approved Transactions doesn't show transactions which were approved by a different approver in the same pool in 9.1. We had this feature in 9.0

EX: suppose if we have two auditors  (A and for a level and minimum approval required is set to 1.

if Auditor A approves a sheet #1234 he can see that in review approved transactions and also Auditor B was able to see in the review approved transactions  in 9.0 and after the upgrade to 9.1 this is not happening.

Did anyone of you come across this issue?
