BLOB storage & scan

Dear Experts, 

  We have a requirement in our PeopleSoft system where in the we are expecting to store some Documents (PDF, Word etc) in the 11G database.

   Does Oracle has any mechanism to scan these documents and detect any viruses when they are being inserted.  

    If Oracle database doesn't have that capability, are there any products in the Oracle family that can be integrated with Oracle database to achieve this.
