Staged Messages Not Getting Processed

Hi,

I have the staged messages got piled up without processing in STAGED_MESSAGE table. I have some duplicate records (For example, two ItemSupCre records for the same item and supplier and two ItemSupMod records for the same item and supplier) in STAGED_MESSAGE table and they remain unprocessed. What would be the possible scenarios for staged messages not getting processed?
