IN RPM, while login into application we are getting Could not complete login

Hi Team,

I am trying to login Reim application -> Providing credentials (ADMIN/retek) -> its showing could not complete login.

I tried to check whether user has been deleted or not in IM_USER_AUTHENTICATION table but user is present and check the password details also, everything is fine and checked in im_business_roles and business_role_member also but still it is not working.

Kinldy help us to resolve the issue.
