Employee is not displaying in the Supplier page

Hi Everyone,

   I am a  newbie in Oracle Payable module. We have an issue in payable, where the HR user created an Employee in the Oracle HR module , but the payable user is not able to see the employee in the supplier list. Any feedback or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Note : we are in R 12.1.3
