How can I cancel partial shipment line

I have a requsition for 200

autocreate the requsition to po for 200

approve the po for 200

receive for 150

I need to cancel the 50

I am using encumbrance

how can I cancel the 50?

Can I again autocreate 50 from requsition to a new po?
