cannot open service request about an Oracle Sparc Entreprise M5000 hardware problem
I'm facing an issue about an M5000 server hardware problem, when i logged to "my oracle support" and tried to create a service request i couldn't get throug it .. i'm obliged to give a "product" and a "product version" in the "where is the problem?" section , therefore my problem is an hardware one ... So where could i create a service request about my hardware problem ??? any help ?
