erecruit building text search

While using erecruit on JDE 9.0 the user is trying to search on the following application P08488 with no results generated after putting any keyword that we know that it exists in the applicants resumes.we are aware that we need to rebuild the eRecruit Verity Index - R958001.
This report is always building with errors. What can i do to make P08488 work properly ?  . Thank you
