How perfect is ora-600 tool available in metalink

Hello expert,

                     I want you wise advice on this topic.Recently one of the rac database instance instance was crashed throwing below error in alert log.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksz_cln_proc1], [0x183E04328], [3], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []PMON (ospid: 1434): terminating the instance due to error 472Instance terminated by PMON, pid = 1434I used ora-600 tool by uploading inident trace file and it has searched a matching bug with article id.Strange thing is when I raised a sr with support they said error stack does not match with any published bug so development team is working on that with a new bug request.So my question how much reliable is this ora-600 tool?
