API Insert PO_HEADERS_ALL and PO_LINES_ALL

Hi everybody,

Someone know if there is some API to insert registers/lines in po_headers_all and po_lines_all table ?

I would like to know if I must to use open interface (po_headers_interface and po_lines_interface) to do this or if there are others possibilities like as API.

Obs. I'm using oracle applications 11.5.10 version
