f9 setup for each user

Hi All,

I made TRue below teo paramter in Application object manager

EnableEmailClientAutomation

EnableWebClientAutomation

Follwed by setting up user preference - outbound communication tool.

When i am performing f9 with sadmin i am getting outlook window but when each individual user are trying to send mail through f9 default outlook window not apperaning.

-- as far as  i know we don't need set user preference for each user ...

Can any one suggest me what might be missing ?
