Late Charges error

Hi,
We have Period beginning from 01-01-2013. By mistake someone has submitted late charges with GL date as 1st Sep.,2012.

Now the late charge batch can be seen in error.

It is not allowing to calculate any late charges further.

How to clean/rectify the error late charges batch??
