Multiple bank a/c and how system chooses order to deposit pay

When a person has multiple bank a/c's how does the system choose the order in whick to deposit to each account?

For example, an employee is to receive a $50 payment and they have four bank accounts set up.  Three of the accounts have a set $ amount to be deposited that all together exceed the $50, which account does it choose first and how does it choose the remaining order?  I understand the F P (full / partial code) but I don't understand the order to which the money is deposited.
