Local taxes not calculating

Is anyone else having issues with local taxes not calculating?

We have one issue for one area within PA that isn't calculating (another one is calculating just fine.) Now today, an issue in IN was brought to my attention. We are on Vertex 3.0.1 and take the monthly updates regularly. We're also on Xe. This almost seemed to have happened after we took the January montly update. I have SRs open on both of them. The first on in PA the analyst is talking to Development and is awaiting an internal response. I don't know if they have narrowed it down to a JDE issue or a Vertex issue. Today I
