DBConsole Erroor when accessing "Create Clustered Database Services" tab

Hi,

We have installed 2 node 11.2.0.3 RAC on Windows 2008

We are able to pull up DBConsole from node-1 but when we try to go to the "High Availability Console" and from there " Create Clustered Database Services" Tab, we get this error

"uname' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. 'uname' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. srvctl version: 11.2.0.3.0 "

Can anyone please let us know what could be wrong?
