Insufficient privileges to open requisition document from approval worklist

Hi,

We have a new approver receiving the following message when attempting to either View Requisition Details or Open Document from her approval worklist.

Error: You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

She's been assigned the same Purchasing responsibility as other approvers, and is in the purchasing hierarchy. We do not have iProcurement installed and she is the only one experiencing this at present.

We're on 12.1.3.

Any ideas?
