Hope the Siebel community can give some insights on how or what can be done to address concern raised from Siebel install based client. The client is under FINs with both call centre and sales modules.
Some background, this client wants to facilitate the sales person with mobility to engage customers. Currently, most of the fulfillment is only done in the branch with Siebel. By positioning Siebel Mobile (Open UI) as a solution to get the sales person out in the market, the client finds it difficult to see value in Siebel Mobile due to the different scenario and engagement with customers.
