Sun StorageTek 6140 Array Controller issue

Dear All Experts,
I have 2 Sun StorageTek 6140 Array Controllers that has different size of memory as bellow:

1. (#375-3335) RAID Fibre Channel Controller, 2GB memory, 4 host ports, 133MHz PCI (want to add more on another slot)
2. (#375-3375) RAID Fibre Channel Controller, 1GB memory, 2 host ports, 100 MHz PCl (running)


I don't know whether both of 2 these controller on the same Sun StorageTek 6140 together ?

Please kindly give advice for this.
