SIM Count Process

Dear Peers,
Currently I am searching  how system take care in SIM while approving the count, snapshot time, count time and approval time.

Ex.,

Snapshot time : 01.03.2013 at 09:00 AM

Count time : 01.03.2013 at 04:30 PM

Approval : 05.03.2013 at 08:30 AM.

 I have notice count time is mismatch , the time we of counting and system notifying

 Other queries while count not yet approved.

  -  Sales is ongoing activity

-       -  Can business create the store orders

-        -  Receiving process can continue

 I did a lot search at meta link, could find the appropriate note. Seek your usual support.
