Personalization on mobile page

 Hi 

We have a business migrating from Oracle form based receiving to mobile page receiving though WMS module. There were different form personalizations performed over the years on form which need to be migrated to mobile page also.

These personalizations were as example

1)  Making a line level DFF field mandatory if a certain category of item is received

2) Making a header level dff context value as a fixed value if receiving is done in  particular inventory organizations.

and like wise.

I have referred various docs 445309.1, 753632.1 , 388791.1 and other similar docs. These documents tell about enabling DFFs, making a flex field value as constant and not ask from user and like wise. I wanted help if there is any document/user guide/note which helps me in doing form personalizations like I mentioned. What technology expertise will be required for doing these mobile personalizations.
