Getting a error APP-FND-02500: error occurred during product initialization for sqlgl when executing

Hi Guru's
We had updated our application from 11i to R12.

While opening a form from application i am getting below error.

APP-FND-02500: error occurred during product initialization for SQLGL when executing 'begin GL_SECURITY_PKG.INT;end;' SQLCODE= -941 SQLERROR = ORA-00941: TABLE OR VIEW DOES NOT EXIST

Can you please help me as soon as possible.
