Scrap Transaction and Cost of the Scrap

Hi,

Customer wants to take the Process scrap in the Inventory.

 

I have suggested the customer as add one Scrap item in BOM with Negitive Quantity and do the the WIP Negative transaction to take the Scrap material in to the Inventory.

Correct me if my solution is wrong.

Now customer want to cost the Scrap item how to do that.
