BULKCOMPILE module: Bulk Compile Formulas : Errors on some UK FastFormulas [ID 1529888.1]

Good Morning All,

I have the exact issue reported in [ID 1529888.1] and it appears this bug fix has been superceded by 15955538, which is fine but there is no download available for windows platform.

Could someone help me with this? I'm hoping there is some way to get this bug fixed.

Platform: Windows 2008 Server R2

Database: 11.2.0.1.0
