DATAPUMP - lost fractional seconds from timestamp with timezone

We exported from 11.2.0.1 (db compatible parameter = 11.2.0.0.0, timezone Version File 11) and imported in 11.2.0.3 (db compatible parameter = 11.2.0.0.0, timezone Version File 14).All columns of type timestamp with timezone lost the fractional seconds (where rounded to seconds only).
Can not find any reasons for this.
