OPM Batch Release Error

Hi All,
we are in process of setting up OPM for our baking plant, we have setup Formula, Routing and then clubbed it in one Recipe. created batch but after creating batch when we try to release the batch then we receive an error "the Function is not available to current responsibility" Production Supervisor"
