E-Business tax Authority and Settlement process

 Hi,
We are in the process of configuring E business tax(Transaction tax) for United sates. We have completed all the setups like creating, regime, taxes, statuses, jurisdiction, Rates, rules. We have created the Legal tax authority also. We would like to know how is the settlement process to tax authorities done. we coud'nt find it in any of the documents.
