Patch # 13019389 - Application Management Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite:12.1.3 - it shows the err

Hi All,
unable to apply the patch # 13019389 (Generic) as it shows the error 'adrelink.sh exiting with status 1.'

Here I attach the error log file.


As per README file of the patch #13019389 (GENERIC), I checked the level set and we have R12.AD.B.3. The mentioned level set on the readme file is R12.AD.DELTA.3
Another level set is also mentioned which is R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3 and we do not have this level set.
