calling the BSSV web services from widows 7

dear  all ;

i have installed  the bssv   for jdedward .  and   test  it through    Soap utility   and its working  fine ,  i got  the result  for the  address book inquiry .

but i noticed strange behaviour  when  i call the   link  https://BSSVSVR:8021//PY910/RI_AddressBookManager?WSDL   throught  the IE 8 or 9  from  the windows  7 or XP  it  give me   page cant be displayed ( not showing the XML content) . this  is happening  on all windows client .but when i call it from firefox  from the same  machine its working fine .

but if  i call  it from any windows  server  2008  or  2003  its working  fine .

is there any setup   or  MTR  required for the window client using  IE8 or 9.   becuase our developer  trying to call it through  visual studio and  it using IE8  .
