Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

R12.1 : Question about WMS pre-req for GME consolidated patch

A customer on 12.1 is applying patches for product OPM from note :

Recommended and High Priority Patches for Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Release 12.1 [ID 860522.1] .

There are some patches prereq for main patches .

for example:
main patch: 14679676:R12.GME.B

prereq: 12916291:R12.WMS.B

This prereq is related WMS product. Warehouse management system is not licensed and also installed their system.

I think that they still should install all patches as listed in the readme file, but well, I appreciate if I could get confirmation.
