How to install OEM Grid control 11g on Windows server

Hi,I would like to install en oem grid control.
What is the latest release for Windows ?
Where could I download the binaries for installing ?
what should be the characteristics of my machine (32 or 64 bits OS, CPU,RAM,DISK required).
