Cannot open cube view

Hello Gurus, 
I have a newly created EPM Application and I created a Web Analysis Essbase Database Connection for it.  When one of my users attempts to get in and use this connection she is prompted with an error message:
Cannot open cube view. Essbase Error(1054060): Essbase failed to select application BDO_BDEX, because user@BDO_MSAD is not completely provisioned by Planning.

I have gone to my application, in planning, went to security filters and created the filter for her.  I also have the security to my Essbase Connection set so every user can view it and use it.  Only a few people are having this issue, while others are not and they are all in the same Group.
