Charging customer for Containers

Hello all,
My client ships out products in large containers. As these containers are valuable the client  will have to start charging customers for returnable containers to ensure they honour their commitment to return them to us. Is there any functionality in OM that can handle this ? We did think of creating a sepertate line on the sales order for the container and then raising an RMA but could get messy and distort the sales figure. We are not using manufacturing
