Email E1 PDF auto when completed

We are upgrading from E1 8.12 to E1 9.10 and have over 30 reports that are integrity type and run on scheduler.  We need to have these reports emailed to specific user/users.  We are aware BI Publishing has this ability but the fact they are just integrity report don’t want to waste the time to create the templates for BIP to handle for a regular PDF.  We will be using BIP for our actual form i.e. check; invoice; PO’s and SO’s ect.

·       Want report to email PDF once completed

·       Looking at using workflow

Any thoughts has anyone done this?
