order base line without having the packaging unit count or total packaged count

Hi,

    I have an issue while releasing the order base in OTM 5.5.

In that order base line i dont have any total package count or packaging unit count, without having this count if i release the order base means it shows the below error.

Error: No Such Element Exception

Could you please help on this?
