The presentation delivers an overview of the My Oracle Support portal including a review of Oracle Support Processes and Tools.
    During this live session, attendees will learn about how to use the My Oracle Support portal’s proactive and reactive features and functionality: navigation, Searching and knowledge browsing, Communities, patch downloads, leveraging proactive resources that will assist you in preventing issues, resolving issues and upgrading as well as creating Service Requests including Best Practices when working an issue with Oracle Support.
