Unable to void a duplicate credit memo refund from payment work bench

 HI,

      I want to cancel a duplicate credit memo refund from the payment work bench which is partially accounted., I have un-cleared that duplicate credit memo in cash management module & then from payment work bench when i try to void that duplicate credit memo, the below mentioned error is coming & am unable to void credit memo refund:-

            Error:-APP-XLA- 95103: An Internal eror has occured. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that : An internal error has occured in the program xla_events_pkg.update_event. Unable to perform UPDATE on the event. the event(4431303) is either Invalid or has been accounted.
