em12c ora-600 kkdlsexp:qbcp for 'with ... xmltype ' query

Getting the subj. error in any 11gR2 database targets, anyone seen/discovered where its coming from ?
The workaround mentioned in bug 8856968, docID 8856968.8 adding an /*+ inline */ hint in the with ... xmltype query its easy to reproduce the ora-600 and the hint quashes it nicely.

Also found bug:12381289 slightly different ora-600 but pretty much the same neighborhood, 11.2.0.2 linux x64 and aix too. We're mostly aix7.1 and 11.2.0.3 RDBMSs.
