Inbound Email's Body Content is not displayed on Email Workspace CRM 9.1.
We are on PT 8.50 and CRM 9.1. We have configured ERMS so we can fetch email from Microsoft Exchange Server and we can see all emails as inbound emails into CRM. We can not see inbound email's body contnent into Email workspace into CRM as shown into attached document. If sent email has at file as attachement, then also we are able to open it. Do i have to make configuration changes ?Can anybody have idea on it?
