How to increase the number of rows returned in SR search

We are using version 11.5.10.2 Teleservice and my users are using the text search to find Service Requests.  They are searching in the Notes for SR's containing matching text and have not been able to find SR's after 8/28/2011.  I think we need to increase the number of rows to be returned on the search but do not know where to find that setup.  Any help would be appreciated.
