Where do we enter Customer Responses using quickcodes in Rel 12?

We do not have advanced collections.  I can see in Setup that the CUSTOMER_RESPONSE_REASONS are still available but I do not see where to enter them in the Customer Collections Workbench.

(We did not use this much in Rel 11 but would like to start doing so in Rel 12).
