Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Copying Template to create an item

Version 11.5.10

When using a template to create an item, it gives the following message:

"The following attributes of the PTO Model Template were not copied:

Customer Ordered

Pick Components

OE Transactable"

Why would these things not be copied? Once the item is created, I am unable to update those attributes also.
