can we reshedule AUTO_SPACE_ADVISOR_JOB.?

HI Experts,

Since 3 weeks I am finding My database performance getting degraded on every saturday. today i noticed that one Process id from TOP command which is taking more CPU.

After analysing  the SID I found that module is DBMS_SCHEDULER  and action is AUTO_SPACE_ADVISOR_JOB.

Is this the cause for performance degrade on every saturday?

Is that scheduled job important for database maintainance?

How can we reshedule this to other time?
