10g to 11g upgrade and platform migration.

Hi ,
Can you please suggest me the best way to achive platform migration.    We have existing 10.2.0.5 EBS database in HP -UX and the new OS is IBM AIX.   We need to execute the following tasks.

1) Upgrade 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.3
2) platform migration from HP-UX to IBM AIX
3)  Convert from Filesystem to ASM   (  No RAC , just a single instance database).

Is it better to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 in existing HP-UX and then do a platform migration or should we do a platform migration + move to ASM and then upgrade the database.

Please let me know the best approach
