steps to createe a job in oem12c2 to do blackout first; then cold backup; then stop the blackout

could you please tell me how to create a job in oem12c that would blackout a database; then do cold rman backup (I know how to do that step); then take the blackout off; -- so that i can schedule the oem job.... right now i have the full cold backup in oem job...but it pages me that databse is down....i want to not receive that page.  thanks for your help!
