Booking Sales Order Returns a message No Messages in Stack

Dear Friends,               
               we have a problem, while booking Sales order for a particular Item, it is returning a message No Message in Stack Message and it is not allowing the sales order to be booked , I am Unable to find the reason.


Please let me know what can be done.
