Getting concurrent request error while booking PO.

Dear all,

Getting concurrent program RVCTP error while booking PO receipts.

In the log file i could able to see these errors.
RVCTP encountered an internal error. Parameters: RVCTP,IMMEDIATE,4247
RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error
RVTBM-120: Subroutine rvtptcontrol() returned error

EBS 12.1.1, DB 11.1.0.7, OS RHEL5.4

Can anyone let me know the solution.
