message is coming in PR form as 'Need By Date must be entered'.

 Hi,
While approving PR, user has opened document from link in notification and correcting record in PR. At the time of saving, message is coming as 'Need By Date must be entered'.
Can anyone tell me the reason for this, as it is not mandatory and we have not done any form personalization for PR form.
